We have developed the gypsum plaster production line which has the advanced DCS monitoring system. As the DCS distributed control system has centralized management and decentralized control features, it completes data acquisition and controlling automatic by its own subsystem. The control centers of the entire production process in real-time monitoring and data recording, which greatly reduces the failure causing a system crash because of the layout of the chances.

 According to production steps, this production line can be divided into five sections, such as, ingredient-confectioning system, centre controlling system, auto-board-entering system, auto-board-exit system and drying system.

 Ingredients forming system: It includes gypsum powder Spiral conveyer, underflow pump, vesicant-metering pumps, conveyor auger, slurry mixer, forming station mixer, platform shaking machine and ring belt forming machine and other equipment. Centre control system: mainly through the field bus data acquisition and processing, monitoring molding process and the drying process, and relying on a powerful database-centric, temperature and humidity, and various process parameters in real time record, the system has achieved scientific management. Computer management interface is friendly and operate-easily. It can control automatic the ingredient, forming and drying, so even learner can operate it easily.

 Auto-board-entering system: it mainly concludes board-cutter, belt for conveying, roll table, board over-turner, kiln-entering accelerating machine, and six floors in-board machine. Automatic controlled by PLC, it completes the production steps such as accelerating and kiln-entering after gypsum board cut.

Auto-board-exit system: mainly to accelerate out of six-layer board machine, the election-layer distribution machines,horizontal conveyor belt,roll table,cutter and stacking machine. Through the field bus control systems concluding the sensors, PLC, touch screen and control cabinet, the Automatic Finished board system finished the continuous flow process from a board to accelerate  to the saw plate, edge, stacking. So it is easy and accurate to change parameter and query output.

 Drying-drive, temperature-controlling and hot air circulation system: The system consists of a remote-sensing instruments and humidity transmitter which temperature and humidity signals collected from the scene.
