We have developed the gypsum plaster production line which has the advanced DCS monitoring system. As the DCS distributed control system has centralized management and decentralized control features, it completes data acquisition and controlling automatic by its own subsystem. The control centers of the entire production process in real-time monitoring and data recording, which greatly reduces the failure causing a sAccording to production steps, this production line can be divided into five sections, such as, ingredient-confectioning system, centre controlling system, auto-board-entering system, auto-board-exit system and drying systemystem crash because of the layout of the chances.
